Ducks Ducks

Junior Duck Stamp Project

Ducks

Quack! Quack! The Library is invaded with ducks this month!

You might have noticed ducks drawing on the windows of David J’s Place this morning. The library is hosting the Junior Duck Stamp Project for the month of June. The Federal Junior Duck Stamp Program was created to help American youth increase their awareness and appreciation for the wetlands and waterfowl. This program is sponsored by The Great Plains Nature Center and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. This year there were 635 entries from K-12 students throughout this state.

Q: What do you call two ducks and a cow?

A:  Quackers and Milk.

Q: What’s another name for a clever duck?

A: A wise quacker!
